Jonah Jones5 September 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely brilliant service from Fix My Appliance Norfolk. He gave me genuinely helpful advice over the phone that actually saved me the cost of a call-out, and he went above and beyond to help me get the issue sorted. It’s not often you come across someone who is so honest, helpful and genuinely puts the customer first. He could easily have booked a call-out, but instead took the time to talk me through the problem and give me the best advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fix My Appliance to anyone needing appliance repairs. Fantastic customer service and a really decent, trustworthy guy. Thanks again! 👏Posted on Google
